Privacy notice: ThinkStack Capital research waitlist

Who we are
The controller is ThinkStack Limited (Ireland, CRO number 808910), trading as ThinkStack Capital. Contact for anything in this notice, including deletion requests: info@thinkstack.ie.
What we collect, and why

We do not collect your name, IP address, device details or location for the waitlist, and we do not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking on the waitlist pages. The pages load no third-party scripts or fonts.
Double opt-in
After you submit the form we send one email asking you to confirm. Until you press the confirm button, you are not on the list. An unconfirmed sign-up, with the email address, is deleted automatically after 7 days.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or until we stop the waitlist, whichever is sooner. If we stop the waitlist we delete the list.
Unsubscribe and delete
Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. Opening it deletes your email address from our list immediately. You can also email info@thinkstack.ie from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete it.
Who handles the data for us
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts this page and stores the list (Cloudflare Workers KV).
- Zoho Corporation (EU data centre): sends our emails from info@thinkstack.ie.
We do not sell or share the list with anyone else, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect what we did before), and object to our use of it. Email info@thinkstack.ie. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

ThinkStack Capital publishes paper-trading research. It is not investment advice, not a live trading service, and gives no performance guarantee.
